Training course: The Intuitive Horse Handler

Do you want to combine your therapist training with intuitive and empathetic tools? Would you like to learn more about energy, flow, empathy, horse reading and energetic tools that you can combine with your therapist background? Do you also want to learn more about yourself as a practitioner and how to overcome blocks and step into your full potential?

A new and eye-opening toolbox

Hosted by Sidsel Sommer and Mathilde Denning, the course focuses on teaching you to intuitively explore and connect with horses and understand not only their physicality, but also their mental, emotional and spiritual layers. You will learn about terms such as energy, flow, connection, intuition and how to apply them to your work.

You’ll also learn to find the biggest blockages in the horse, whether it’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual and see how the 4 bodies are connected and affect each other. This will give you a crucial understanding of both the horse’s energy bodies and the different tissue types you can work with.

You will learn concrete methods and techniques to work with your intuition and learn to recognize and apply it in your treatments to help the horses even better. You’ll fill your toolbox with new energetic tools that you can use in future treatments to support horses.

We also have a strong focus on learning more about your role as a therapist and how to work purely (and not from ego) as well as how to develop and initiate your own abilities in your treatments.

Your trainers

Sidsel Sommer: I am an osteopath and physiotherapist on animals and humans and work in my clinic in Farum and around stables on Zealand. Since I was a child, I have been able to feel energies and specialize in a very gentle osteopathic technique that I love to use and teach. In addition to my practice, I give courses and lectures at home and abroad, and I write articles for national and international magazines.
The osteopathic approach to the body is a scan of where the biggest blockages are in the system. Is it in the craniosacral system, nervous system, blood system, organ system or maybe just in a joint or muscle that remembers an experience and stores the tension? Mathilde Denning: I own the company ‘Animal Listening’ and specialize in telepathy and animal healing. I am a trained Telepathic Soul Healer, holistic animal advisor, energy flow healer, young rolemodel coach, biologist etc. Most importantly, I am a curious animal lover and I enjoy combining things to create the biggest difference for the animals I work with. Notice and recognize your intuition from other voices in yourself such as logic, emotions or fear

Sense, recognize, feel and sense energy forms and energy fields.

Module 4

Feel blockages in the horse and lack of flow in the horse’s body.

Module 5

Connect and listen to the horse, understand the different personality types you may encounter and get to know how to best deal with them.

Module 6

Use different energetic tools to optimize your treatments and methods.

Module 7

Get to know yourself as a practitioner, your skills, strengths and weaknesses and what workflows suit you and what you want to represent. Self-help as a therapist to resolve future blockages and support yourself to become the best therapist you can be and stick to your work as a therapist.
